Why folks around here call Brian
Clean house. Green lawn. No fuss.
Plenty of outfits own a pressure washer. Not many of them bring their own water, skip the bleach, and have spent 40 years learning how a house is put together.
He brings the water
No hose hookup, no spike on your water bill. Brian's rig carries its own supply, so he can wash a dock, a barn or a tractor that is nowhere near a spigot.
Safe for plants, pets and people
Brian washes with Wash Safe Supreme, a bleach-free, oxygen-powered cleaner. No harsh chemicals, and no dead shrubs along the foundation when he is done.
40 years building homes
Brian built houses for four decades before he started washing them. He knows where the water should go on a house and where it should not.
Old-fashioned service

Questions
Things people ask Brian
Do you use my water?
No. Brian brings his own water supply on the truck. You do not need an outside spigot, and there is no bump on your water bill. It also means he can wash docks, barns and equipment that are nowhere near a hose.
Is it safe for my plants, pets and kids?
Yes. Brian uses Wash Safe Supreme, a bleach-free cleaner powered by hydrogen peroxide. The manufacturer rates it safe around grass, plants, children and pets, and it breaks down into water and oxygen within hours. Your shrubs, flower beds and lawn are not harmed, and pets can go back outside as soon as he is done.
What cleaner does Brian use?
Wash Safe Supreme. It is a clear, bleach-free concentrate that uses oxygen instead of chlorine to lift mold, mildew and algae, and it is rated for roofs, siding, wood, decks, concrete and docks. Brian will tell you exactly what he is spraying on your house, and the plant-safe cleaning page links to the manufacturer's own product page so you can read it yourself.
Why do other pressure washers kill plants?
Most companies clean with a bleach solution called sodium hypochlorite. It kills vegetation on contact and can brown a lawn days later when rain carries the residue into the beds. Brian does not use it.
What do you clean?
Houses, garages, decks, concrete and driveways, roofs, gutters, docks and boat lifts, and machinery such as tractors, trailers and construction equipment. If it is outside and dirty, call and ask.
What areas do you serve?
Jamestown and the surrounding towns of Chautauqua County, New York, including Lakewood, Falconer, Frewsburg, Celoron, Bemus Point, Mayville and the whole Chautauqua Lake shoreline, plus Warren County, Pennsylvania. A little outside that, like Cattaraugus County? Call anyway.
